PHOTO GUIDELINES

Entries should answer the question, "What is East Van to you?"

Only Submissions received between August 15 and September 15, 2011 will be accepted

Photos must be taken in and of East Van, but can be taken by anyone

Only 5 photos per person may be submitted

All asked for information must accompany photos, or submission will not be accepted

If chosen, all photos will need an artist release and a subject release
(if you have any recognizable people in your photo)

All photos must be 300 dpi WITH minimum dimensions of 5" x 8". Anything less will not be considered

 

FILM GUIDELINES

Entries should answer the question, "What is East Van to you?"

You can submit both photos and video to TIEV 2

Only Submissions received between August 15 and November 15, 2011 will be accepted

Film or Video can be any genre and shot by anyone, but must be filmed in and of East Van

Only 1 video entry per person

There is no time limit on video entries

All entries must be able to be delivered digitally
(we love film! we just need to be able to post it on the internet and project it digitally)

All asked for information must accompany video submissions or they will not be accepted

If chosen, all videos will need both an artist release and a subject release
(if you have any recognizable people in your film)

All chosen video entries will be featured on our website
and screened in conjunction with our launch party in the Spring
